Week 3–4: Demolition and Rough Work

Week 5–8: Materials Lead Time
Premium materials — custom cabinetry, engineered stone countertops, specialty tiles — often require 4–8 weeks from order to delivery. Plan this window carefully. In Cascais, most suppliers are based in greater Lisbon and can deliver to site quickly once stock is confirmed.
Week 9–11: Installation Phase
Cabinets go in first, followed by countertops (templated after cabinets are fixed), then tiles, then appliances, then plumbing and electrical connections. A well-sequenced installation avoids damage and rework.
Week 12: Snagging and Handover
